Perspective No. 01 is a nod to an favourite of distillery team, Diurach`s Own, taking what they lov best from a classic and adding their own stamp. Showcasing the fruity, aromatic and coastal elements of our house style tody, this 16-year-old, first release is non--chill filtered, naturla colour and botted at a higher ABV.

Cask Information: 

Jura`s fruity and balanced house style is a culmination of the fruity, aromatric and coastal elements of our spirit. Perspective No.01 is initially matured in American white oak ex bourbon barrels, providing us with our house style; fruity & balanced. This whisky is then part finish in select aged, "oloroso sherry" casks - amplifying the stone "fruit element" of the house style even further.
